As part of Vone’s ongoing network/hardware upgrades, we have scheduled a maintenance window at our London Telehouse datacentre on the evening of Thursday 12th October from 21:30 till 22:00.
The purpose of this maintenance window is to allow us to install additional storage to our storage platform increasing the capacity of the platform. As a result of the required works, your services may be affected momentarily whilst the upgrade is performed. The maximum downtime is expected to be no more than 10 minutes.
We wish to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused, but rest assured any interruptions to your services will be kept to an absolute minimum whilst we complete these essential works.
