What is meant by personal information?

The right to be forgotten allows you to request that we remove all personal information about you, that is not necessary for both parties to complete their contractual obligations.
Any personal information collected by Vone Services Limited which is deemed important to any agreements in place will be stored for a reasonable period, or for as long as is required to do so by applicable law.
Other personal information and correspondence will be removed once it has been used for the purpose intended.
Data Location and Security
All data collected by Vone Services Limited is stored on secure servers owned wholly by Vone Services Limited in our secure London, UK datacentre, with backups kept at our off site backup location in Cambridge.
Strict security measures, processes and access controls are in place to prevent unauthorised access to personal information and to prevent accidental loss.
Due to the nature of the internet, we have no control of the security of data once it has left our network and hardware.
Vone Services Limited offers a number of managed services to its clients, in providing these servers, it may be necessary to access client servers or machines for administration and maintenance purposes.
Whilst completing these managed service tasks, Vone Services Limited will not access or interrogate any personal information stored by its clients on these systems, unless explicitly instructed to do so, by either the client or relevant authorities in connection with any applicable laws.
